How do I place an order?
To place your order, follow the step by step procedure below:
Log in to your existing account. If you don't have one, create an LGC account by registering your email and password. Or you can wait to do so later during the order process.
Once logged in, you will be directed to your own dashboard where you could manage your delivery address, edit your account details, etc. You can add your address and other contact details here if you wish or do so later when you are placing your order.
Browse through the shop by using the menu and choose the products you want to purchase.
Click on each product to view full details. Read through the details carefully to ensure that you are buying the right thing.
If the product is available, a button will show “Add to Basket”. Otherwise, it will show “Out of Stock”.
Click add to basket to include the product in your order.
Keep adding the products you want to your basket.
Once finished, you can view your basket to review if you’ve included the right products.
If you want to delete an item, click the X mark on the left side.
You may also increase or decrease the quantity of each product by changing the number in the quantity box or using the arrows next to it. You may also add more products to your basket.
Once the order is final, type in a coupon code if you have one and click 'Apply code', and then click proceed to checkout.
Enter your delivery and contact information on the left side of the checkout page.
You can still edit your cart should you wish at this point.
Select your preferred payment method (Bank Transfer or Paystack) then click the “Place Your Order” button.
