My order was cancelled. Why?

Orders will only be processed once payment is confirmed. 

If we do not receive your payment within a set period of time, we will send you an email to ask if you’re experiencing any issues. If we do not hear from you within 12 hours of the delivery of this email, the order will be automatically cancelled.

If you still want the products in your order, then all you need to do is place your order again
