How do I cancel my order?

Kindly log in to your account and go to Orders

Find the cancel button next to the order in question and click on that. A message confirming the cancellation of your order will show. 

If there is no cancel button you can see, then it means your order is already being processed.  If you order is yet to be despatched your order can still be cancelled. Just send an email toIf you’re having trouble cancelling orders using your account, send an email at
